Buy a full, non-OEM version of Windows XP Professional x64?

I am trying to find a non-oem WIndows XP Professional x64 (64-bit) edition. But on I can only find OEM versions of this operating system! If I install an oem version of this OS, I will not be able to migrate the OS onto a new computer when I buy one. Does anyone know where I can find the 64-bit version of Windows XP Professional? (note: I do not want Windows Vista Ultimate x64)

1. My sister attends a technical college and she was able to buy the windows XP 32 and 64 bit OS for $25 as a student. I installed the 64 bit edition on a PC last weekend, works good.
