PHP programming for ContactUS Page?
Hi, Can someone please upload programming code for contactus page in PHP language. Following fields needs to be included. First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Purchase Order Number and Message Field (for users to input message). Also a submit button at the bottom. Once SUBMIT button is clicked all the info should be emailed through to my email address and a auto email sent to the person who made the inquiry. Really appreciate your help. Thanks James
